I am not in the U.S.  Can I order from you?
Absolutely!  We ship worldwide on a daily basis due to the fact that we carry so many innovative proprietary items that cannot be found elsewhere.  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During sign up we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.  Please send us an email to ensure that we cannot ship to you, as we are adding countries to our list.

How much is shipping to my country?
Please note that our shopping cart will estimate your shipping costs based on the address that you input, but that for international orders we charge actual shipping fees.  IF your shipping fees vary from the online estimate, we will contact you, otherwise, we will proceed with getting your order out as soon as possible.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

How can I pay for my international order?
We do accept credit cards and PayPal for most international orders, but in some cases may require a wire transfer of funds.  We will contact you with any questions we have before processing your order.

What about duty and taxes?
Shipping charges do NOT include any duty or taxes assessed by your country.  You will be responsible for any other fees associated with importing products into your country.

Canadian customers please read...
Please be aware that if you choose UPS as your carrier of choice that they may charge a brokerage fee of $30-$40 and this fee is beyond our control.  The U.S Postal Service does charge a fee, but it is far smaller than that charged by UPS, though we can't tell you exactly how it is calculated.  Just that it is significantly smaller.

Can I order any of your products or are some not available for export?
We are not allowed to ship Art Clay into countries that already have a distributor.  If you are interested in Art Clay products, please email us at info@MetalClaySupply.com to inquire if we can ship Art Clay to your country.

We cannot ship the Hot Pot internationally because it contains a gel fuel that the U.S. Post Office will not accept because the airlines will not accept it from them. Because of the restriction on the Hot Pot fuel we cannot ship the "Kits" that you see on the web site internationally. You would need to pick your own clay and accessories to meet your needs. There is an alternative to firing with the Hot Pot. You can use our revolutionary SpeedFire™ Cone System or a butane/propane type torch with great success.
