White Satin is a silver-color, high-fire clay, suitable for both beginners and experienced users of metal clay. This variety of Hadar's Clay is fired in one phase only, both on its own and in combination with One-fire Copper, Champagne and Dark Champagne Bronze, and Low-Shrinkage Steel XT.

White Satin does not contain nickel.

Hadar's Clay™ is metal clay in the form of powder. The powder is already mixed with a binder and all you have to do is add water. The advantages over pre-mixed clay are that you won't have to worry about shelf life, and that you can easily bring the clay to the desired consistency. Since it contains no preservatives, the clay is very forgiving, soft, pliable, and sticks well to itself. It mixes quickly, with no mess.

White Satin is fired in one phase only for 2 hours. On its own, it can be fired at a wide range of temperatures – between 1680°F and 1720°F (915°C and 937°C) for brick kilns. When fired combined with other metals in one piece it can be fired in a brick kiln at 1750°F (954°C). In muffle kilns, White Satin is fired 50°F (28°C) higher. In the SpeedFire ElectricMini1800 Kiln it fires on setting #8 on its own and at #9 combined with other metals.
