Sherri had these 7" Rollers produced to specific specifications for use with metal and other types of clay.  She finds them far superior to rollers made of other materials.  The polymer they are made from is an uncommon type for this application and has a matte surface texture that both resists sticking to the clay while at the same time providing enough grip as to not slip off of the clay.  The roller pushes the clay gently as your roll.  The diameter of the roller and length are perfect for most applications with metal clay.  This 7" roller is great for metal clay.  Lightweight non-stick plastic is perfect with all types of metal clay.  Also use with Polymer or other clays!

Coat the roller with a very small amount of olive oil if your clay is particularly sticky.  You will be amazed at how different this roller performs compared to acrylic or PVC type rollers.
